Privacy Policy

TickerAI ("we", "us") is operated by VERXION LLC. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use TickerAI, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@tickerai.cloud.

What we collect

Account data. Name, email address, password (stored as a hash), and optional profile fields such as phone number, date of birth, nationality and legal status, which you provide when you sign up or edit your profile.

Broker connection data. When you connect a MetaTrader 5 account we collect the account number, broker, server, and the account password. The password is passed to our infrastructure provider MetaKit Cloud, which runs the terminal for your account, and is not stored by TickerAI. From the connected account we read balances, equity, open positions, pending orders, closed trades, and price data, live, each time you or the assistant ask for them.

Conversations. Everything you type to the assistant, files you attach, and everything it produces: text, charts, code, trade ideas and their outcomes. These are stored so you can return to them and so the assistant has context.

Trading preferences. Your risk settings, execution mode, watchlist, and the time you accepted the trading-risk notice.

Billing data. Plan, credits, invoices, and a reference to your payment method. Card details are held by Stripe, never by us.

Technical data. IP address, browser, device, timestamps, and error logs, collected automatically when you use the service.

Why we use it

• To run the service: authenticate you, stream responses, connect to your broker, render charts, size and check trade ideas, and place orders you ask us to place.
• To bill you and to prevent abuse.
• To improve the product, using aggregate and de-identified usage statistics.
• To contact you about your account, security, and material changes to the service. Marketing email only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use your conversations or trading data to train AI models.

Who we share it with

AI model providers. The text of your conversations, including relevant market data and account figures the assistant has fetched, is sent to the model provider for the model you select in order to generate a reply. Current providers are listed in the model picker. Providers process this data under their API terms and do not use it to train models.

MetaKit Cloud. Our broker-connectivity provider. Receives your MT5 credentials and executes read and, where you enable it, write operations on your account on our instruction.

Stripe. Payment processing.

Binance. Public market-data requests for crypto symbols; no personal data is sent.

Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and process data on our behalf under contract.

Authorities where the law requires it, and successors in the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Retention

Account and conversation data is kept while your account is active. Request deletion from Settings → Account and we delete your account data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal defence, which are kept for the period the law requires. Trade-idea records tied to orders placed at your broker are retained for as long as we are required to keep transaction records.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Most of this you can do from Settings. For anything else, email hello@tickerai.cloud and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Passwords are hashed. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Two-factor authentication is available in Settings → Security. Broker connections can be made read-only, in which case no order can ever be placed from TickerAI. No system is perfectly secure; tell us immediately at hello@tickerai.cloud if you believe your account has been compromised.

Children

TickerAI is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We will post changes here and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
